Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes (plus extra for topping)
  • Mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and peppermint extract.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until creamy and fluffy.
  3. Stir in the crushed candy canes.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  5. Top with mini marshmallows and extra crushed candy canes.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
