Ingredients:

- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1 cup crushed candy canes (plus extra for topping)
- Mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions:
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and peppermint extract.
- Fold in the whipped topping until creamy and fluffy.
- Stir in the crushed candy canes.
- Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Top with mini marshmallows and extra crushed candy canes.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
