Spicy Honey-Garlic Shrimp & Broccoli Stir-Fry 🍤🌶️
A bold, quick, and delicious weeknight stir-fry packed with sweet heat and fresh veggies!
Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
For the Sauce:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- 1 tbsp sriracha (optional)
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha, and cornstarch slurry.
- Sear shrimp 2–3 minutes per side and remove.
- Stir-fry broccoli, onion, and bell pepper until tender-crisp.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds.
- Return shrimp, pour sauce, and cook until thick and glossy.
Serve over rice or noodles. Total Time: 25 min — Servings: 3–4
