One-Pan Sausage, Green Beans & Potatoes

WARNING: This one-pan dinner is so delicious, your guests will ask for the recipe before they leave!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, diced
  • 8 oz fresh green beans
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread potatoes on a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Add sausage, onions, and green beans to the pan. Mix well.
  5. Bake for an additional 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway, until potatoes are tender and sausage is browned.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy this simple, flavorful meal.

Tips

  • Add lemon juice or grated Parmesan before serving.
  • Swap sausage with chicken or turkey sausage if desired.
  • Use pre-cooked potatoes to reduce cooking time.
