Classic Tender Beef Roast

This slow-cooked roast is rich, flavorful, and incredibly tender—just like Nana used to make.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 3 large carrots, chopped
  • 2 onions, quartered
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Season beef and sear until browned.
  2. Add onions, carrots, broth, Worcestershire, and tomato paste.
  3. Cover and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 3 hours.
  4. Serve warm with gravy.

Tips:

Add a splash of red wine for deeper flavor.
