Biscuits from the Heart
Only three ingredients, yet they taste like you spent all day in the kitchen!
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (or package) refrigerated biscuits
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a spoonful of the beef mixture on top.
- Cover with another biscuit and press edges lightly to seal.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and fluffy.
Tips
- Add garlic powder or onion powder to the beef for extra flavor.
- Use mozzarella or pepper jack cheese for a different twist.
- Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or BBQ.
