Biscuits from the Heart

Only three ingredients, yet they taste like you spent all day in the kitchen!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (or package) refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  4. Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a spoonful of the beef mixture on top.
  5. Cover with another biscuit and press edges lightly to seal.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and fluffy.

Tips

  • Add garlic powder or onion powder to the beef for extra flavor.
  • Use mozzarella or pepper jack cheese for a different twist.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or BBQ.
