A quick, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth dessert you can make in minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix cake mix with melted butter until crumbly.
- Spread half the crumbs into a baking dish.
- Mix lemon pie filling with sour cream and spread on top.
- Cover with remaining crumbs.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
