Cheesy Cream Cheese Corn Casserole
A creamy, cheesy, delicious corn casserole that takes minutes to prepare!
Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz each) sweet corn, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers (topping)
- 2 tbsp melted butter (topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix corn, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, milk, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper.
- Spread mixture into a baking dish.
- Combine crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
