One-Pot Creamy Honey Garlic Chicken Rigatoni πŸ―πŸ—

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: Parmesan & parsley

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot and cook the diced chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add garlic and sautΓ© for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken broth, honey, and heavy cream.
  4. Add rigatoni pasta and bring to a boil.
  5. Cover and simmer 12–15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  6. Let the sauce thicken, then serve with Parmesan or parsley.
