Peach Cobbler Pound Cake ๐
Ingredients:
For the Cake:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
For the Peach Topping:
- 2 cups diced peaches
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1โ2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC) and grease a Bundt pan.
- Cook peaches with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for 5 minutes.
- Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
- Layer batter and peaches in the pan.
- Bake for 60โ75 minutes.
- Cool, remove, and drizzle glaze on top.
