❄️ NO-BAKE Cream Cheese Coconut Snowballs

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups shredded sweetened coconut (divided)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until combined.
  3. Stir in 1½ cups of shredded coconut.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 20–30 minutes.
  5. Roll into small balls.
  6. Coat each ball in remaining shredded coconut.
  7. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
