Creamy Slow Cooker Corn

This easy creamy corn side dish is rich, buttery, and unbelievably delicious — the kind that disappears fast at family dinners!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen or canned corn (drained)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add corn, heavy cream, butter, sugar, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
  2. Place cream cheese cubes on top.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or on high for 1.5–2 hours.
  4. Stir well until creamy and fully combined.
  5. If too thick, add a splash of milk to reach desired consistency.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
