Creamy Slow Cooker Corn
This easy creamy corn side dish is rich, buttery, and unbelievably delicious — the kind that disappears fast at family dinners!
Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen or canned corn (drained)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add corn, heavy cream, butter, sugar, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Place cream cheese cubes on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or on high for 1.5–2 hours.
- Stir well until creamy and fully combined.
- If too thick, add a splash of milk to reach desired consistency.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
