Cheesy Skillet Baked Spaghetti
This incredibly easy and cheesy baked spaghetti is a crowd-pleaser every single time!
Ingredients
- 12 oz (340 g) spaghetti, cooked al dente
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar (24 oz / 680 g) pasta sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large oven-safe skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the diced onion and garlic and cook until the onion is soft.
- Stir in the pasta sauce, water, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the cooked spaghetti and toss until fully coated with the sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan evenly over the top.
- Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
