Cheesy Skillet Baked Spaghetti

This incredibly easy and cheesy baked spaghetti is a crowd-pleaser every single time!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz (340 g) spaghetti, cooked al dente
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (24 oz / 680 g) pasta sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large oven-safe skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the diced onion and garlic and cook until the onion is soft.
  2. Stir in the pasta sauce, water, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss until fully coated with the sauce.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan evenly over the top.
  5. Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
