No-Bake Christmas Lasagna Trifle

Festive layered trifle with creamy peppermint filling, colorful pudding, and crunchy cookie crumbs.

Ingredients

For the cookie base:

  • 2 cups crushed Golden Oreos (or vanilla sandwich cookies)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the cream cheese layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip)

For the pudding layer:

  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)
  • Red or green gel food coloring

For the whipped topping layer:

  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip)

For garnish:

  • Crushed candy canes
  • Mini M&M’s
  • Holiday sprinkles
  • Cookie crumbs

Directions

  1. Combine crushed Golden Oreos and melted butter. Press half into the bottom of a trifle dish.
  2. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cookie layer.
  3. Whisk pudding mix, milk, and peppermint extract for 2 minutes. Divide into two bowls and tint one red and one green.
  4. Layer the red pudding over the cream cheese layer and sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.
  5. Layer the green pudding on top and smooth it out.
  6. Spread a layer of whipped topping over the pudding layers.
  7. Decorate with crushed candy canes, mini M&M’s, and holiday sprinkles.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
