Caramelized Apple Butter Biscuits
A nostalgic, gooey, buttery biscuit treat that brings back warm childhood memories. Sweet, sticky, and unbelievably easy!
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8–12 biscuits)
- 1 cup apple pie filling, chopped finely
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan lightly.
- Chop the apple pie filling into small pieces and mix with cinnamon and vanilla.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar to create a caramel mixture.
- Pour half of the caramel mixture into the bottom of the baking pan.
- Place biscuits on top, gently pressing each one into the caramel.
- Spoon apple mixture on top of each biscuit.
- Pour the remaining caramel mixture over the biscuits.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and bubbling with caramel.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
Tip: Serve with vanilla ice cream for an extra special treat!
