Cheesy Baked Meatball Bites
Golden, cheesy meatball bites—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside. Perfect for gatherings or a cozy family dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef (or half beef / half pork)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar (or cheddar + mozzarella)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
- Olive oil spray or 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking tray or line with foil.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, milk, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the ground meat and combine gently—do not overwork.
- Shape into 12–16 even meatballs and place on the prepared tray. Lightly brush or spray with oil.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until almost cooked through.
- Top each meatball with shredded cheese and return to oven 3–5 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot with your favorite dip or sauce.
