Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) sea scallops, cleaned and patted dry
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange scallops in the dish and pour the butter mixture over them.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan if using.
- Bake uncovered for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
