Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake 🍓
“Sweet, creamy, and packed with juicy strawberries — this easy dump cake tastes like cheesecake and cobbler had a baby! It’s one of those desserts everyone will beg you to make again. ❤️”
🍓 Ingredients
- 1 box yellow or white cake mix (approx. 15.25 oz / 430 g)
- 1 can strawberry pie filling (21 oz / ~595 g)
- 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz / 225 g)
- ½ cup granulated sugar (100 g)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted (115 g)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish lightly with butter or spray.
- Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the dish.
- In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry layer — no need to spread it perfectly.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top.
- Drizzle melted butter evenly across the entire surface (don’t stir!).
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for at least 15 minutes before serving. Serve warm or chilled, topped with whipped cream or fresh strawberries!
💡 Tip: Try different pie fillings like blueberry or cherry for a fun twist. This cake also pairs beautifully with vanilla ice cream!
