Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

Homemade Cinnamon Rolls 🍥

🍞 Ingredients
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
 - 3 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
 - ¾ cup warm milk
 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
 - 1 large egg
 
🥮 Filling
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
 - ½ cup brown sugar
 - 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
 
🍯 Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
 - 2 tbsp milk
 - ½ tsp vanilla extract
 
👩🍳 Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, melted butter, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
 - Add egg, salt, and flour. Mix until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth.
 - Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
 - Roll out dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
 - Roll tightly and cut into 12 pieces. Place in a greased baking pan.
 - Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes.
 - Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.
 - Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls. Enjoy!
 
      💡 Tip: Add a little cream cheese to your glaze for an extra-rich, bakery-style finish!
