Homemade Beef-Stuffed Rolls 🥖🥩
“Oh heavens, these were such a hit! All the grandkids wanted seconds and grandpa ate three of them. Safe to say I’ll be making them again and again.” ❤️
🥩 Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (or homemade roll dough)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion over medium heat until cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Unroll dough and cut into squares or triangles. Spoon beef mixture into the center of each piece and sprinkle with cheese.
- Fold dough over filling and seal the edges tightly.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm — perfect with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce!
💡 Tip: Add sautéed mushrooms or a little BBQ sauce to the beef mix for extra flavor depth.
