Beef Stuffed Rolls

🥩 Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (or homemade roll dough)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion over medium heat until cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Unroll dough and cut into squares or triangles. Spoon beef mixture into the center of each piece and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Fold dough over filling and seal the edges tightly.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm — perfect with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce!
💡 Tip: Add sautéed mushrooms or a little BBQ sauce to the beef mix for extra flavor depth.
