Cranberry Pecan Cheese Ball 🧀
Whenever I make this, my husband is over the moon — it’s his weakness!
🧀 Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
- ½ cup chopped pecans (plus more for coating)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
👩🍳 Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cranberries, ½ cup pecans, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using plastic wrap. Chill for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Spread the remaining chopped pecans and extra cranberries on a plate, then roll the cheese ball over it until fully coated.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or fresh veggies!
🌿 Tip: Add a drizzle of honey before serving for a sweet-and-savory touch everyone will love!
