Cranberry Pecan Cheese Ball

🧀 Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (plus more for coating)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cranberries, ½ cup pecans, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball using plastic wrap. Chill for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Spread the remaining chopped pecans and extra cranberries on a plate, then roll the cheese ball over it until fully coated.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or fresh veggies!
🌿 Tip: Add a drizzle of honey before serving for a sweet-and-savory touch everyone will love!
