Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (sliced thin)
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then pan-fry in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden on both sides.
- Add butter and garlic to the pan. Sautรฉ until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender and lightly browned.
- Stir in honey and soy sauce. Simmer for 2โ3 minutes until everything is coated and the sauce thickens to a glaze.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles for a quick, satisfying meal!
