Peanut Butter Fudge (4 Ingredients)

Silky, classic peanut butter fudge made with just sugar, milk, peanut butter, and vanilla.

Prep: 5 min
Cook: 8–10 min
Set: 2–3 hrs
Makes: 16–25 squares

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk (whole preferred)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: pinch of salt (enhances flavor)

Directions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment, leaving overhang to lift.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and milk. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring, then cook 2–3 minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved and mixture is slightly thickened.
  3. Remove from heat; immediately stir in the peanut butter and vanilla (and salt if using) until smooth and glossy.
  4. Quickly pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Tap the pan once or twice to release bubbles.
  5. Let cool at room temp, then refrigerate 2–3 hours until set. Lift out and cut into squares.
