This creamy, cheesy one-pan meal is pure comfort food! Tender chicken, perfectly cooked rotini, and a velvety Velveeta sauce come together for a quick, satisfying dinner the whole family will love.

- 1 box (12ā16 oz) rotini noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can milk (use the soup can to measure)
- 16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

- Cook pasta: Boil rotini noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add the cream of chicken soup, milk, and cubed Velveeta. Stir until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
