🧾 Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk or heavy cream
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard (optional)
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Cook beef: In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add aromatics: Stir in onion and garlic; cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Build the base: Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add broth and pasta: Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until pasta is tender (about 10–12 minutes).
- Make it creamy: Reduce heat to low. Stir in milk or cream and shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
