Best Fluffy Pancakes 🥞

Don’t Lose This Recipe 😋 – Perfectly golden, soft, and melt-in-your-mouth pancakes!

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1¼ cups milk (any type)
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until blended (a few lumps are okay).
  4. Heat a lightly greased pan or griddle over medium heat.
  5. Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on top (2–3 minutes). Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden.
  6. Serve warm with maple syrup, butter, or fresh fruit.

Tips 🥄

  • For extra fluffiness, let the batter rest for 5 minutes before cooking.
  • Add blueberries or chocolate chips for a twist!
  • Keep pancakes warm in a 200°F (90°C) oven until serving.
