  • 4 cups whole milk (divided)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Extra cinnamon for garnish

Directions

  3. Cook an additional 5–7 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in butter, vanilla, and raisins (if using).
  5. Let cool slightly and serve warm or chilled. Sprinkle with cinnamon to finish.
