Ingredients
For the Fish
- 4 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or haddock)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Lemon Butter Sauce
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Season Fish: Pat dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sear: Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook fillets 3–4 minutes per side until golden and flaky. Set aside.
- Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and add olive oil. Stir in garlic, lemon juice, zest, and parsley. Cook 1–2 minutes.
- Serve: Pour sauce over fish and serve hot. Garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges.
