Ingredients:

For the biscuits:

  • 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the crab filling:

  • 1 pound fully cooked crab meat
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (add more if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 package Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

For the lemon butter:

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the biscuit dough: Follow the instructions on the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix packaging and set the dough aside.
  2. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375Ā°F (190Ā°C) and lightly coat two muffin trays with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Prepare the crab filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mayonnaise, mustard, crushed crackers, and Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly, adding additional mayonnaise if necessary to achieve the right consistency.
