Wendy’s Chili

🍲 Wendy’s Chili 🌶️

A hearty, flavorful chili packed with beef, beans, and spices. Perfect comfort food for chilly nights! ❤️

✨ Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 45 oz chili beans
  • 2 cans Ro*Tel diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 2–4 tbsp cumin
  • Salt & pepper to taste

🥘 Instructions:

  1. Brown beef & onion in a large pot until no longer pink. Add bell pepper and celery, cook until tender. Drain fat.
  2. Add beans, tomatoes, sauce, water, and spices. Stir well.
  3. Cook:
    – Instant Pot: Slow cook 4–8 hrs on low.
    – Stovetop: Bring to boil, then simmer 2–3 hrs, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot with shredded cheddar & sour cream. 🧀🥄
