Wendy’s Chili

🍲 Wendy’s Chili 🌶️
A hearty, flavorful chili packed with beef, beans, and spices. Perfect comfort food for chilly nights! ❤️
✨ Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 45 oz chili beans
- 2 cans Ro*Tel diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 2–4 tbsp cumin
- Salt & pepper to taste
🥘 Instructions:
- Brown beef & onion in a large pot until no longer pink. Add bell pepper and celery, cook until tender. Drain fat.
- Add beans, tomatoes, sauce, water, and spices. Stir well.
- Cook:
– Instant Pot: Slow cook 4–8 hrs on low.
– Stovetop: Bring to boil, then simmer 2–3 hrs, stirring occasionally. - Serve hot with shredded cheddar & sour cream. 🧀🥄
