🦐 Creamy Shrimp Stuffed Shells 🧀

“My mother-in-law said she didn’t want anything heavy.
Then she had one bite… then another… then she asked if she could take some home ‘for later.’
I handed her a tray. I’m no fool. 😉”

✨ Ingredients:

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells 🍝
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined 🦐
  • 2 tbsp butter 🧈
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 🧀
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 🧀
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
  • Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿

🥣 Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta shells until al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Chop half the shrimp for filling.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped shrimp, and seasoning.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with filling and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour cream over the top, add whole shrimp, and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden. ✨
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot. 😍
