Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeƱos
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream (optional)
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, ensuring to drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet, stirring well. Cook until the mixture thickens and is fully incorporated.
- Warm the tortillas using either a microwave or by heating them briefly on a skillet.
- Spread an even layer of nacho cheese sauce over each tortilla.
- Place a portion of the seasoned beef in the center of each tortilla.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeƱos, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Carefully roll the tortillas, folding in the sides to secure the filling inside.
- For an added touch, serve with a side of sour cream, if desired.
