Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, ensuring to drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet, stirring well. Cook until the mixture thickens and is fully incorporated.
  3. Warm the tortillas using either a microwave or by heating them briefly on a skillet.
  4. Spread an even layer of nacho cheese sauce over each tortilla.
  5. Place a portion of the seasoned beef in the center of each tortilla.
  6. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Carefully roll the tortillas, folding in the sides to secure the filling inside.
  8. For an added touch, serve with a side of sour cream, if desired.
