Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup shredded coconut 🥥
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Bake the Cake: Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9×13-inch pan. Let it cool slightly.
- Make the Dream Layer: Poke holes all over the top of the cake with a fork. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the cake, followed by the crushed pineapple (spread evenly).
- Add Coconut: Sprinkle shredded coconut on top. Allow the cake to absorb the liquids and set for about an hour in the fridge.
- Whip the Cream: In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Spread evenly over the cake.
