Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Favorite dipping sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
