🍑 Old Time Oven Peach Cobbler 😋😍

Ingredients:

  • 1 large can sliced peaches, drained (or 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled & sliced)
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix (or any baking mix)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar (optional, depending on peach sweetness)
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place butter in a 9×13 inch baking dish and let it melt in the oven while preheating.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Bisquick, milk, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter evenly over the melted butter (do not stir).
  4. Spoon peaches evenly on top of the batter. Batter will rise up around the fruit while baking.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly, then serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. 🍨

✨ A buttery, golden crust with sweet peaches inside — a true Southern classic!
