🦀 Joe’s Crab Shack Crab Dip
Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or paprika + cayenne mix)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice.
- Fold in the crab meat gently so it stays chunky.
- Spread mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle with a little extra cheddar and parsley on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
- Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or tortilla chips 🥖✨.
