5-Minute Chocolate Fudge

This rich, creamy fudge takes just minutes to prepare and is perfect for family gatherings or holiday dessert tables.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional – walnuts or pecans work great)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Stir continuously until everything melts smoothly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  5. If using nuts, fold them into the mixture.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
