This ultra-simple slow cooker dinner combines hearty ground beef with creamy tomato soup for a rich, comforting meal that’s perfect for busy nights.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cans (10.5 oz each) condensed tomato soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional but recommended)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Transfer beef to slow cooker.
- Pour tomato soup over the beef and stir to combine.
- Add garlic powder and mix well.
- Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top during the last 10 minutes.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta.
