4-Ingredient Beef Queso Dip (Game Day Essential)
This is the ultimate game-day dip.
Just 4 ingredients, zero stress.
I put this out at kick-off and the pot is scraped clean by halftime.
Creamy, meaty, cheesy, and dangerously addictive.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 (16 oz / 450 g) block Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies (do not drain)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional but recommended)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Add the cooked beef to a slow cooker.
- Add cubed Velveeta cheese and the can of Rotel.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder if using.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 1½–2 hours, stirring occasionally, until fully melted and smooth.
- Switch to WARM setting and serve.

Easy Variations
- Add cooked sausage instead of beef
- Use hot Rotel for extra heat 🔥
