🍗 4-Ingredient Baked Chicken

This is my ultimate potluck go-to recipe. Just four simple ingredients,
minimal prep, and everyone always asks for it. Juicy, flavorful, and
impossible to mess up!

Ingredients

  • 4–6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic seasoning (or garlic powder)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic seasoning.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  5. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and golden on top.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Tip: This dish pairs perfectly with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh green salad.
