🍗 4-Ingredient Baked Chicken
This is my ultimate potluck go-to recipe. Just four simple ingredients,
minimal prep, and everyone always asks for it. Juicy, flavorful, and
impossible to mess up!
Ingredients
- 4–6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic seasoning (or garlic powder)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic seasoning.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and golden on top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Tip: This dish pairs perfectly with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh green salad.
