Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Set oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
