Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons flour or cornstarch
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: parsley, garlic powder, paprika
Instructions
- Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess liquid.
- Place potatoes in a bowl and add egg, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on parchment paper, forming a rectangle.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the potato layer.
- Roll carefully into a tight log using the parchment paper.
- Cook in a hot pan or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10–15 minutes, turning until golden.
- Slice and serve hot.

- Serve with garlic sauce or sour cream
- Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or quick dinner
