📝 Ingredients (Serves 6 small cups)
- 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup raspberry jam (or thick raspberry preserves)
- ½ cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)

1️⃣ Whip the Cream
In a large chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer
until soft peaks begin to form.
2️⃣ Add Sweetness
Add powdered sugar and continue whipping until medium peaks form.
Do not overwhip.
3️⃣ Fold in Raspberry Jam
Gently fold the raspberry jam into the whipped cream
until fully combined and fluffy.
4️⃣ Chill
Spoon into serving glasses and refrigerate at least
1 hour before serving.
