3-Ingredient Beef and Hashbrown Casserole

3-Ingredient Beef & Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole

This simple casserole combines seasoned ground beef, tender hashbrowns, and plenty of melted cheese for a hearty, no-fuss dinner everyone loves.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (20–24 oz) bag frozen shredded hashbrowns (thawed)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
  3. Spread hashbrowns evenly in a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer cooked beef over the potatoes.
  5. Top generously with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
