No oven, no problem! These rich chocolate peanut butter no bake cookies come together in just 20 minutes and are perfectly chewy, fudgy, and completely irresistible.


📝 Ingredients

  • 3 cups quick cook oats
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 ⅔ cups sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine oats and salt. Set aside.

2️⃣ Make the Chocolate Base

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
Stir in sugar, milk, and cocoa powder.
Bring to a rolling boil and let it boil for exactly 1 minute (do not overcook).

3️⃣ Add Peanut Butter & Vanilla

Remove from heat immediately.
Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.

4️⃣ Combine

Pour the chocolate mixture over the oats.
Mix well until fully coated.

5️⃣ Shape & Set

Drop spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet.
Let sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes until firm.
