100+ Cornstarch Donuts with Condensed Milk


Homemade Cornstarch Donuts 🍩

With only 1 kilo of cornstarch, you can make over 100 soft, melt-in-your-mouth donuts!

Ingredients

  • 1 kg cornstarch
  • 400 g butter or margarine (room temperature)
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (395 g each)

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, add the butter and condensed milk.
  2. Mix well until creamy and smooth.
  3. Gradually add the cornstarch, mixing with your hands.
  4. Knead until you get a soft, smooth dough that does not stick to your fingers.

Shaping the Donuts

  1. Take small portions of dough and roll into balls.
  2. Shape them into donuts or small rings.
  3. Place on a greased baking tray or one lined with parchment paper.
  4. Leave space between each piece.

Baking

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Bake for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Remove when the bottoms are lightly golden and the tops remain pale.

Cooling

Remove carefully from the tray (they are delicate) and let cool completely before storing.

Tip:
Do not overbake — these donuts should stay light in color for the perfect soft texture.
