10-Minute No-Oven Bread

Description: Soft, warm, buttery flatbread you can make on a pan in just minutes. No yeast, no oven, no fuss—just mix, roll, and cook!

Ingredients

For the Bread:

  • 4 cups (480g) flour
  • 1 cup (220g) yogurt
  • 1 cup (200ml) water
  • 1 packet (10g) baking powder
  • 1 tsp (8g) salt
  • 1 tbsp (10ml) vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add yogurt, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead briefly until smooth (1–2 minutes).
  4. Divide dough into equal balls and roll each one into a flat circle.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  6. Cook each piece for 1–2 minutes per side until golden spots appear.
  7. Brush with butter while warm for extra flavor (optional).

Tips

  • Add garlic butter for a naan-style taste.
  • Use as a wrap, sandwich bread, or dipper for soups.
  • If the dough is sticky, add a little extra flour while kneading.
